Mary Hart’s Front Page News

After Mary Hart announced Thursday that she is leaving ET after this coming season, she made front page news! Daily Variety interviewed Mary exclusively regarding her exit from ET, and she told the venerable trade publication, "I don't know what I'm going to do. I'm not using the 'R' word. I have no intentions of retiring. There are other opportunities out there." She called herself the "luckiest person on the face of the Earth" for having the opportunity to host ET for an incredible nearly three decades, but said, "As I look at my son going off to school, I've taken stock of the other things in my life." One thing on her to-do list, she told Variety -- climbing Africa's highest peak, Mt. Kilimanjaro.

ET was there as Marie Osmond served up delicious ice-cream treats while working behind the counter at Dairy Queen on Thursday -- all for a charitable cause. As part of Miracle Treat Day, Marie and KIIS FM radio host JoJo Wright dished up tasty Blizzards to delighted DQ customers in order to help raise money for Children's Miracle Network, which Marie co-founded. A dollar or more from every Blizzard sold will be donated to local children's hospitals. "The need is great and the cause is fantastic. It's charity at the highest level," Marie said.

Prince Albert Visits Home of King of Rock n’ Roll

Exclusive video: It was a royal flush at Graceland as Prince Albert of Monaco visited the palatial palace of the King of Rock n' Roll in Memphis, Tennessee on Thursday. The son of the late actress Grace Kelly, Prince Albert, put the musical and pop cultural shrine on his travel itinerary because "we wanted to pay our respects" to Elvis Presley. He was accompanied by his bride-to-be Charlene Wittstock, an Olympic swimmer from South Africa. They plan to love one another tenderly and forever upon exchanging vows in July 2011. "He was such an extraordinary figure of his time and our time," Prince Albert remarked about the "Blue Suede Shoes" singer. "His legacy was tremendous in terms of the music that he created, in terms of his films, in terms of him as an entertainment personality…[The] generosity that he showed toward others was simply remarkable."

Retired NFL star and former "Today" show correspondent Tiki Barber has been skewered by reports alleging that he abandoned his wife of nearly eleven years, Ginny -- who was pregnant with twins -- for 23-year-old Traci Lynn Johnson. Now, Tiki and Traci come to ET to set the record straight. "People who know us know that we're not bad people," Tiki says. Traci Lynn adds, "I just feel that now’s the time to make sure the rumors that were said are false… including that I was his babysitter or I was in the waiting room while Ginny was giving birth."

Barbra Streisand Reacts to Jennifer Aniston’s Homage to Her Movie Roles

Jennifer Aniston transformed herself into Barbra Streisand's characters in 'Funny Girl' and 'What's Up, Doc?' for the September issue of Harper's Bazaar, and Streisand says she's "flattered." In her recent blog post, the renowned singer/actress reacted to the photos, writing: "I was very flattered that Jennifer Aniston chose to interpret my style with the photos in Harper's Bazaar." Streisand said of Aniston, "She's a delightful person, and I think she did a wonderful job." She added jokingly, "If only she had a bump on her nose."

Susan Sarandon Lends Star Power to Noble Cause

Actress Susan Sarandon is lending her star power to help eradicate child trafficking in America and abroad. Read on for more… Last Friday in New York City, the Academy Award winner attended the launch of a new petition by The Body Shop, the Somaly Mam Foundation and ECPAT-USA (End Child Prostitution, Child Pornography and Trafficking of Children for Sexual Purposes) to help establish "Safe Harbor" laws to protect children caught in trafficking. Mary Hart Announces Her Final Season with Entertainment Tonight

Mary Hart, the host of Entertainment Tonight, announced today that her final year on the show will be ET's upcoming 30th season, which launches September 13, 2010. Hart joined ET in 1982 and was inducted into the Broadcasting & Cable Hall of Fame in 1999, recognizing her contributions to television. Hart says, "I've had the privilege of spending 29 years doing something I love -- how often does that happen? I've had the support of a stupendous group of people starting with Linda Bell Blue, John Nogawski and many others who are so talented on our staff at ET. I only meant to be at ET for three years, suddenly it's almost 30! I've reached a point when I clearly realize it's time for a change. A second grade teacher from Reno, Nevada recently got the shock of her life when her idol, Donny Osmond, invited her to join him on stage! Katie Hinxman from Reno, Nevada is such a fan, she even incorporates Donny into her lesson plans and celebrates his birthday with her class. So, the kids got her tickets to see the Donny & Marie show at the Flamingo Hotel in nearby Las Vegas. When Donny found out, he wanted to make this an extra-special night for Katie. After surprising her with a backstage visit, he proceeded to bring her on stage for a once-in-a-lifetime thrill.
