Naomi Campbell on Blood Diamond Scandal: ‘I Have No Motive Here’

Naomi Campbell is speaking out after testifying in the war crimes trial of former Liberian President Charles Taylor in which she recalled receiving, as a gift, what may have been blood diamonds at a 1997 charity dinner. According to the Associated Press, the 40-year-old supermodel testified last week that she was gifted some "dirty looking pebbles" after the Nelson Mandela Blue Train charity event she attended with Taylor, and gave them to a South African charity the next day. Campbell says in a statement, "I've no motive here. Nothing to gain. I am a black woman who has and will always support good causes especially relating to Africa. I've never taken any of the jobs offered to me, over my 25 years as a model, from companies that were for apartheid in South Africa."

Bristol Palin Reacts to Levi Johnston’s Mayoral Run

Levi Johnston is going after Sarah Palin's old job as mayor of Wasilla, Alaska, and his former fiancee Bristol Palin is reacting to his venture into politics. "I never knew he had political aspirations," Bristol told Us magazine. Levi's rep confirmed to the publication that the 19-year-old is "going to take political college courses" and "really deal with the issues." Bristol told Us of the news, "I'm glad that Levi has not given up on completing his education and is looking for steady employment."

Paris Hilton ‘Teases’ Cameras with Marilyn Monroe Impersonation

From one blonde bombshell to another, Paris Hilton dedicated her latest fragrance to her icon, Marilyn Monroe. Dressed as the legendary Hollywood actress, the platinum socialite and entrepreneur launched Tease on Tuesday night in Los Angeles. "I just thought Tease was a really fun, flirty name," Paris pitched. "I think for fragrances you always have to have something that's really catchy and something that girls think is really cute. I thought that Marilyn was such a tease. She was so confident and flirty and just one of the sexiest women alive." The starlet said she was very involved in selecting the aroma recipe, as well as designing the purple bottle. Tease, Paris' 10th scent, is now available at Macys and perfume stores worldwide.

Rip Torn Requests Probation

Rip Torn plans to apply for a form of probation, according to the Associated Press. The actor was arrested following an alleged burglary attempt in January. The Emmy winner supposedly broke into a bank in Connecticut while drunk and armed. He claims he thought he had entered his home. Torn, 79 years old, is expected to report to Litchfield Superior Court today to attend a hearing during which he'll request an accelerated rehabilitation, says the AP. The program eradicates the charges upon completion of a probationary period for first-time, nonviolent offenders.

Rep: Fantasia Was ‘Totally Overwhelmed’ by Married Woman’s Accusations

Fantasia Barrino's manager is speaking out about the former "American Idol" champ's apparent mental state prior to her hospitalization in North Carolina on Monday night. Referring to Paula Cook's legal complaint against her estranged husband Antwaun Cook, in which Mrs. Cook accuses Barrino of ruining the marriage by having an affair Mr. Cook, Barrino's manager Brian Dickens says: "Fantasia read Mrs. Cook's complaint against Mr. Cook for the first time yesterday. She knows some of the allegations in Mrs. Cook's complaint are totally false. There are others she strongly doubts. There is plenty she does not know. "Fantasia is heartbroken and is sorry for any pain she may have caused. Yesterday, she was totally overwhelmed by the lawsuit and the media attention," Dickens says.

Levi Johnston on Following Sarah Palin’s Footsteps

Before she was governor of Alaska, Sarah Palin was mayor of Wasilla, Alaska. ET broke the news that Levi Johnston, the father of her grandchild, is planning to run for the same political position. Can he fill Palin's shoes? "It's for real," Levi tells ET. "I'm going to go there and do what I can." ET talked to the young father exclusively about his intention to run for his hometown's highest office. "Obviously that's where I grew up, that's my home," he says. "It's always going to be home to me. [My son] Tripp [is] going to grow up there and I just want to change a few things."

VH1 Reacts to Fantasia Barrino’s Hospitalization

VH1, which airs Fantasia Barrino's reality series "Fantasia For Real," is reacting to the news that the former "American Idol" champ has been hospitalized for an overdose of "aspirin and a sleeping aid," according to her manager. "We support Fantasia 100 percent and look forward to working with her again soon. Our thoughts and prayers are with her at this difficult time," the network tells ET. Meanwhile, Fantasia's manager tells ET that the star is in stable condition and is expected to be released from the hospital soon. He says she was "heartbroken" over a North Carolina woman's accusation in a legal complaint that Barrino ruined her marriage -- a claim the 26-year-old singer has denied.

Former ‘American Idol’ Winner Fantasia Barrino Hospitalized for Overdose

Former "American Idol" champ Fantasia Barrino has been hospitalized after overdosing on "aspirin and a sleeping aid," her manager says. Barrino's manager Brian Dickens tells ET that the 26-year-old singer is in stable condition in a North Carolina hospital following her overdose. He adds, however, that she was "heartbroken" and "overwhelmed" after a married woman filed a legal complaint accusing Barrino of wrecking her marriage. "Last night, Fantasia was hospitalized. She took an overdose of aspirin and a sleep aid. Her injuries are not life threatening. She was dehydrated and exhausted at the time," Dickens said.

Mayor of Wasilla, Alaska Reacts to Levi Johnston’s Bid

The Mayor of Wasilla, Alaska is responding to Levi Johnston's announcement that he is going to run for his seat, which will be vacant in 2012. Mayor Verne E. Rupright tells ET, "Well, it is a little early to declare. Usually most wait until the year the seat is up. But since I am nearly old enough to be Levi's grandfather I think it would be wise for him to get a high school diploma and keep his clothes on. The voters like that!" Levi, who famously fathered former Republican vice presidential candidate (and former Wasilla mayor) Sarah Palin's grandson, is set to run in the race to be held on October 4, 2011.
