The temporary administrators of Michael Jackson's estate, attorney John Branca and former music executive John McClain, are speaking out to ET about Katherine Jackson's legal team's request for the authority to subpoena them.
“Since being appointed by the Probate Court as Special Administrators of the Estate of Michael Jackson, John Branca and John McClain, who were specifically designated by Michael Jackson in his will to be executors of his Estate, have been focused on preserving Michael's legacy and carrying out his wishes,” an attorney for Branca and McCalain tells ET.
“The Special Administrators have and will continue to provide timely information to Mrs. Jackson's counsel regarding potential business opportunities for the Estate. Any inference that we have not been forthcoming in providing information to Katherine Jackson's attorneys is not accurate.

Authorities searched the Las Vegas home of Dr. Conrad Murray on Tuesday, seeking medical records that were in both Jackson's name and a list of 19 reported aliases used by the King of Pop, the Los Angeles Times reports.
Citing the search warrant, the LA Times says that officials were authorized to seize prescriptions and other materials under Jackson's reported pseudonyms, including Omar Arnold, Paul Farance, Bryan Singleton, Jimmy Nicholas, Blanca Nicholas, Roselyn Muhammad, Faheem Muhammad, Frank Tyson, Fernand Diaz, Peter Madonie, Josephine Baker and Kai Chase.
Another notable alias, according to the Times, was Prince, the nickname of Jackson's older son and the real name of his younger son, "Blanket."

ET has learned that the attorneys for Katherine Jackson on Tuesday requested authority to subpoena the temporary administrators of Michael Jackson's estate, attorney John Branca and former music executive John McClain. The attorneys would like to interview Branca and McClain and review their records. ET has learned that Los Angels Superior Court Judge Mitchell Beckloff will handle their request on Monday, along with a list of others issues -- including whether an allowance will be granted to Jackson's mother and his three children.

Hulk Hogan and his wife Linda Bollea have reportedly settled the terms of their divorce.
The celebrity wrestler said at a court hearing on Tuesday that he and his wife have agreed to the conditions of their split, the Associated Press reports.
Linda said "the war is over" following the hearing.

Dr. Conrad Murray gave the late Michael Jackson the powerful drug that authorities believe killed him, claims a new report.
The Associated Press, citing an unnamed official, reports that Dr. Conrad Murray allegedly gave Jackson the anesthetic propofol on the night before his death.
A law enforcement official tells the AP that Jackson had come to rely on the drug for sleep, and that a doctor would administer it intravenously to help him fall asleep -- and later stop the IV drip when he wanted to wake up.

TV beauty Kim Kardashian and her NFL star beau of two years, Reggie Bush, are calling it quits. A rep for Kardashian confirms to People.com reports that the two have broken up. As for the reason for their split, a source tells the mag: "They never get to see each other, ever. It's been a long time coming. They still love each other and are part of their lives, but Reggie spends six months out of the year in New Orleans, so it's tough."

ET has obtained a heartfelt letter written by actor Kelsey Grammer and read at the Monday parole hearing of the man who murdered his sister, Karen Elisa Grammer.
Grammer's letter, written to retired Colorado District Attorney Robert Russel, who successfully prosecuted the first-degree murder case against Freddie Glenn, reads in part:
"I am saddened that I missed this opportunity to be at the hearing. You know the circumstances: rain delays at Kennedy that made it impossible for me to be in Colorado Springs in time to attend…Please tell the members of the parole board that it is my sincere hope they do not release my sister's killer."
