Joe Jackson Files New Court Papers

Joe Jackson has filed new court papers in regards to the appointment of former Michael Jackson attorney John Branca and music executive John McClain as executors of his late son's estate. In a 41-page legal brief filed Friday in Los Angeles with the 2nd District Court of Appeals, Jackson claims he was "not treated with dignity and worth" when the lawsuit he had filed to dismiss the executors of his late son's estate was itself dismissed last November by Superior Court Judge Mitchell Beckloff. Jackson's attorney Brian Oxman claims in the court papers that his client was denied "due process in not according him a hearing where he could present evidence of his standing."

Update: Zsa Zsa Gabor Heads Home

A rep for actress Zsa Zsa Gabor is giving ET the very latest details about the health of the ailing 93-year-old star. Her rep John Blanchette confirms to ET that Gabor has left the hospital and is now at her Bel-Air, Calif. home. Earlier Monday, Gabor's rep told ET that she was in and out of consciousness. A spokesperson for Gabor's daughter Francesca Hilton told City News Service, "She's happy her mother is going home," adding that Gabor had expressed on Monday that she wanted to go home.

Report: Doctors Find Tumor in Michael Douglas’ Throat

A tumor in Michael Douglas' throat has reportedly been discovered by doctors. According to People.com, the 'Wall Street' actor, 65, will endure eight weeks of radiation and chemotherapy. Douglas' doctors expect him to have a full recovery, a spokesperson for the actor told the website. Douglas said in a statement to People, "I am very optimistic."

Mel Gibson Crashes Car in Malibu

ET has confirmed with the California Highway Patrol that Mel Gibson lost control of his car Sunday night, causing him to run off a road in Malibu. Law enforcement officials tell ET the damage to Gibson's 2008 blue Maserati was moderate and was found to the front right part of the vehicle. The car ran into the rocky hillside of Malibu Canyon around 8:35 p.m. and was later towed. Gibson's rep confirms to ET that the actor is fine. According to police, no alcohol or drugs were involved in the accident, nor was the actor on a cell phone. Gibson told law enforcement that he did not know how or why he lost control of the car. The actor had a friend pick him up at the scene.

Eddie Cibrian’s Ex Says She Feels Sorry for LeAnn Rimes

Escorted by her best gal pal, Brandi Cibrian was out celebrating being single this weekend at Las Vegas hotspot LAVO's two-year anniversary party. The estranged wife of Eddie Cibrian stopped to chat about her relationship with the actor now that he is dating singer LeAnn Rimes. "Do I feel bad for LeAnn? Yes," she said flatly. "Eddie knows the truth. I know the truth and that's kind of all that matters." Eddie and Brandi were married for 13 years, which she sees as "kind of awesome" for a Los Angeles couple. "There's nothing lost on the whole relationship. It was a great marriage. Well, not great, but we stood the [test] of time and we have two amazing little boys from it." Eddie and Brandi have two sons named Mason and Jake.

Court Papers: Patricia Arquette Files for Divorce from Thomas Jane

ET has obtained divorce papers filed last week by "Medium" actress Patricia Arquette against her husband, "Hung" star Thomas Jane. Arquette cites irreconcilable differences as the reason for the divorce request in the papers filed on August 13. She asks the court to award her physical and legal custody of their daughter Harlow, 7, and asks that visitation be granted to Jane. She also asks the court’s ability to award spousal support to Jane be terminated, and asks that both parties pay their own legal fees. Arquette first filed for divorce from Jane in January of 2009, but the couple later reconciled and Arquette asked in July 2009 for the court to dismiss the divorce proceedings. The couple wed in May of 2006.

Katie Holmes says she isn't bothered by the speculation surrounding her marriage to Tom Cruise.  "It's there, it's one of those things," the Hollywood mom tells New York magazine. "My big concern is what does he have going, what do I have going, what are we going to do this weekend. It must seem weird, I guess, having so many people watching. It is weird. I get it. But you just, you know, smile and nod." She says the two are focused on making their busy schedules work. "We don't say, 'When I'm working, you don't work,' or anything like that," she adds. "Last year he was shooting 'Knight and Day' and I was shooting 'The Romantics,' and we'd just fly to see each other after we wrapped.
