Jeremy Piven Wins Broadway Arbitration

An arbitrator ruled in favor of Jeremy Piven regarding a lawsuit over a Broadway play. Piven was sued by the producers of David Mamet's Speed the Plow after he left the show citing mercury poisoning. The arbitrators found that Piven didn't breach any contractual obligations by leaving the show. The arbitrator found that there was "sufficient evidence to establish that Piven's decision was a reasonable one; that it was reasonably based, and that the contrary evidence is insufficient." Piven said in a statement to ET regarding the matter, "I'm pleased with the outcome of the arbitration and to be completely vindicated in this matter based on the facts and the medical evidence."

New Video: Ted Kennedy’s Final Journey Begins

A private mass was held for the late Senator Edward Kennedy today in his Cape Cod home, with family and relatives paying final respects to the Massachusetts democrat. ET has video of the senator's casket being loaded onto a hearse headed for Boston, draped in an American flag and handled by a uniformed honor guard of Armed Forces body bearers representing all branches of service. Kennedy's family, including Caroline Kennedy and California first lady Maria Shriver, stood by as the body of their beloved was secured, a nearby flag flying at half mast. They then got into a funeral motorcade headed to Boston, the first leg of the senator's journey to his final resting place at Washington's Arlington National Cemetery near his assassinated brothers, John F. Kennedy and Bobby Kennedy.

George Clooney Injured in Accident

George Clooney was injured in an accident in Lake Como, Italy. Read on for details. Clooney broke his hand after slamming it in a car door. A rep for Clooney tells ET, "There was an accident and he did break his hand." The actor's injury will not affect production on any of his projects.

Forensic Results Could Come Friday from Car of Murdered Model

The Buena Park, Calif., Police Department is reportedly anticipating the forensic results from the car belonging to slain swimsuit model Jasmine Fiore. The forensic results could be announced as soon as Friday, according to the Associated Press. The police department confirmed to ET Wednesday that they found Fiore's white, 2007 Mercedes in a grocery store parking lot in West Hollywood after receiving a telephone tip. The car has been impounded as evidence and transported to a crime lab, where it will be processed by CSI and examined for any possible evidence.

Reality Star Ryan Jenkins’ Ex-Fiancee Calls Him a ‘Sweetheart’

Paulina Chmielecka says her ex-fiancee and reality star Ryan Jenkins was a "good person." This testimony of character comes after Jenkins was deemed a suspect in the murder of his ex-wife Jasmine Fiore and then found dead in a motel room in Hope, British Columbia. "Our friends are pretty much in shock," Chmielecka tells the "Today" show host Matt Lauer after hearing the news of Jenkins. "I can picture him maybe having an argument with [Fiore] but to take it to the next level which is murder and then mutilation ... I really can't take myself there." Chmielecka tells Lauer that she saw "no signs of violence" when she was in a relationship with Jenkins and refers to him as a "sweetheart." She says they broke off their engagement because Jenkins wanted an open relationship but tells Lauer they ended on a "good note."

The Buena Park Police Department tells us they found a white, 2007 Mercedes in a grocery store parking lot in West Hollywood after receiving a telephone tip. Police say the vehicle is tied to Fiore's murder. The car has been impounded as evidence and transported to a crime lab, where it will be processed by CSI and examined for any possible evidence involving the homicide.
