New Details in Planned Memorial For DJ AM

A private memorial for the late Adam "DJ AM" Goldstein will be held on Thursday in Los Angeles, and now new details have emerged about the unique format of the memorial service. According to People.com, the invitations for the memorial say that the service will have a specific format in order to acknowledge Goldstein's battle with addiction. "The format of the evening will be in the style of an open 12-step meeting," the invite says. "Adam's friends both from his life in recovery, as well as those from other areas of his life are welcome. We ask only that everyone adhere to the tradition of anonymity and let what they hear there, and who they see there, stay there."

David Arquette & Courteney Cox Drive Out Hunger

David Arquette is kicking off The Cheesecake Factory and Feeding America's Drive Out Hunger Tour with a visit to the set of "Scrubs" and the set of "Cougar Town"  to visit his wife, Courteney Cox. "I wanted to come see my wife on the 'Cougar Town' set," David tells ET. "One of the creators of her show is also the creator of 'Scrubs,' Bill Lawrence, so he brought them all together and it's just been great -- everybody came out, brought some cans to Feed America." "This whole campaign started because The Cheesecake Factory came up with the great idea to drive out hunger," explains David, who volunteers at the Feeding America charity. "They are going to 30 cities in 30 days to really put an emphasis on Hunger Action Awareness month in September."

La Toya Jackson Pays Tribute to Michael in New Video

La Toya Jackson, the older sister of the late Michael Jackson, has released her first music video in 20 years, in which she pays tribute to her late brother -- and it's all for a good cause. The new video for La Toya's single "Home," available on iTunes now, features the singer reminiscing about her childhood. In the video, La Toya is seen sitting in a tree that is engraved with the word "Joker," a nickname she reportedly had for Michael. All proceeds from "Home" will benefit AIDS Project Los Angeles (APLA), an organization supported by the late King of Pop.

‘Late Show’: Jeremy Piven Candid About Mercury Poisoning Controversy

On Tuesday night's "Late Show with David Letterman," Emmy-winning "Entourage" star Jeremy Piven opens up to Dave about the controversy surrounding his exit from the Broadway play Speed the Plow last year. Last week an arbitrator ruled in Piven's favor after he was sued by the producers of David Mamet's Speed the Plow after he left the show citing mercury poisoning, "which sounds like a rich man's disease," Piven tells Dave, "sounds like something you might get from the leather seats in your Lamborghini, like a rash, like a rash that hurts." Piven says the doctors who tested him said, "'You've got elevated levels of mercury we've never seen before, basically almost a 60. We should not have anything above a 3.'" He added that he "also had Epstein-Barr, which is, you know, mono. … There were so many different variables that were contributing to my situation."

LeAnn Rimes and Husband Divorcing

LeAnn Rimes has announced that she and her husband Dean Sheremet are divorcing, following last week's news that her rumored love interest Eddie Cibrian had filed for divorce from his wife. “After much thoughtful, mutual consideration, [Dean] and I have agreed to move forward with dissolving our marriage. This decision was amicable and we remain committed and caring friends with great admiration for one another. Thank you so much for all of your continued love and support – it is deeply appreciated,” Rimes announced on her Web site. Last month, Rimes and Cibrian were spotted together on the golf course.

DJ AM’s Girlfriend Reacts to His Passing

Hayley Wood, model and ex-girlfriend to the late Adam "DJ AM" Goldstein, released a statement following news that DJ AM passed away late last week. "Any indication that this horribly tragic accident happened because of a rumored breakup is not only untrue but disgusting," Wood tells Us magazine. "We were very much together at the time of his passing, and I love him very much." Goldstein was found dead at the age of 36 on Friday evening in his New York City apartment. Erin Andrews will speak out about the recent nude footage taken of her secretly that spread virally on the Internet. The ESPN reporter will sit down with Oprah Winfrey to discuss the five-minute video that was reportedly shot at a hotel without her knowledge, according to the Associated Press. The interview is set to air on Oprah's talk show on Friday, Sept. 11, as part of a "Summer Headlines" show. Andrews' attorney told the AP they plan to seek criminal charges and file lawsuits against the person who shot the video and anyone who publishes it.

Travis Barker’s Band Cancels Concert Due to DJ AM’s Death

Travis Barker and his band mates from blink-182 have announced that they are canceling a show due to the death of Travis' friend and fellow musician, DJ AM. The band posted a statement to their Web site announcing the cancellation of their Monday night show, saying: "Due to circumstances surrounding the unfortunate and untimely passing of our dear friend Adam 'DJ AM' Goldstein, blink-182 will not be playing tonight in Saratoga, NY, at SPAC. Performances by Weezer, Taking Back Sunday and Chester French will take place as planned along with some special surprises. We thank all of our fans for their support in this tough time."
