Lawyer: Dr. Conrad Murray Gave Police Incorrect Timeline Leading up to Michael Jackson’s Death

An attorney for Dr. Conrad Murray tells ET that Michael Jackson's former physician gave an incorrect timeline when first interviewed by police related to the June 25 death of the King of Pop. Attorney J. Michael Flanagan, who represents the embattled physician, tells ET that the original timeline of events that Murray provided to police was incorrect. RadarOnline.com initially reported that Flanagan acknowledged Murray's timeline was incorrect, reporting that Murray first told police he administered Propofol to Jackson at 10:50 a.m. and found him unresponsive two minutes later, but a 911 emergency call was made at 12:21 p.m.

After years of dating and parenting two young children, Joel Madden popped the question to Nicole Richie. According to People, Nicole accepted Joel's proposal. In an episode of "The Late Show with David Letterman" set to air on Friday night, Nicole is expected to share the big news and debut her ring. Director Kevin Smith and a representative for Southwest Airlines traded blog posts late Monday, two days after Kevin was removed from a flight when he was deemed too large to fit into one seat. First, a rep for Southwest Airlines, Linda Rutherford, blogged about a conversation she shared with Kevin earlier in the day. She wrote, in part, "I had the chance this afternoon to speak directly with director Kevin Smith. I let him know that in my 18 years here at Southwest, I have never dealt with a situation like what has been unfolding in the last 48 hours. I let Kevin know we have refunded his airfare. Chynna Phillips Seeks Treatment for Anxiety

Former Wilson Phillips singer Chynna Phillips has reportedly entered rehab for anxiety. People.com reports that Phillips, who is married to actor Billy Baldwin, checked herself into the facility over the weekend. "After much thoughtful deliberation Chynna Phillips has checked herself into an undisclosed treatment facility for anxiety,” a rep for Phillips tells People. "With the full support of her family and friends, she is looking forward to her recovery. We ask that people respect her and her family's privacy at this time."

Airline Apologizes To Kevin Smith

ET has the latest... Director Kevin Smith took to his Twitter claiming he was removed from a flight on Saturday for being too fat and now the airline is apologizing. "First and foremost, to Mr. Smith, we would like to again offer our heartfelt apologies, we're very sorry for how his night unfortunately played out.
