Wyclef Jean on Haiti Visit: ‘Inside the Belly of the Beast’

Haitian-American musician Wyclef Jean got emotional about traveling to Haiti with his family after last week's devastating earthquake, calling the experience like going "inside of the belly of the beast."

"I'm the one that was carrying the dead bodies on the street," he said during a New York press conference Monday, referring to looting and security problems, "There's a problem that's going on, and we have to solve it in a few days."

Wyclef also denied accusations that he personally profited from his Yéle Haiti foundation, created to help the impoverished country.
