In a new promotional spot for a live television event benefiting cancer research, TV and film’s brightest stars share their personal connections with the disease.

Watch the video for more, and don't miss the star-studded, one-hour "Stand Up to Cancer" fundraising event September 10 at 8 p.m. when it's simulcast live and commercial-free on all major networks -- CBS, ABC, NBC, and FOX -- as well as some cable stations.
