Jon Gosselin talks to ET after his court hearing today.
"She has her own agenda," Jon says about his estranged wife pulling a no-show. He adds that he's "a little shocked" by her absence "because I want to get through this together, and she keeps on avoiding, avoiding, avoiding."
"I feel like every time I step in that courtroom I'm held accountable," he adds, "and then the other side's not held accountable."
