Jay Leno's hour-long, prime time show premieres September 14 on NBC -- and the talk show host reveals his dream guests for the new show!

"You shoot for Oprah and kind of work your way down," Jay tells ET. "There's a lot of people I'd like to have on. Jerry Seinfeld, there's nobody funnier than him. Tom Cruise of course, who you would think would be the biggest stars."
