HTV cameras caught up to Fergie and her husband Josh Duhamel as they worked up a sweat with an afternoon run.
The couple made headlines this fall after an Atlanta stripper alleged that she had a sexual encounter with the actor.
Josh and Fergie seemed to be in good spirits during their run but avoided questions from photographers. The two also stepped out together for the Los Angeles premiere of Fergie's new film 'Nine' on Wednesday night.
