Tiger Woods Says Wife Elin Will Not be at the Masters

Tiger Woods is back on the green and talking to the press at the Masters Tournament about his return to golf, the hurt he caused his family with his sex scandal and the injuries he suffered after his peculiar car accident over Thanksgiving weekend.

When asked how his wife Elin Nordegren felt about him returning to the game, Woods simply replied that she would not be at the tournament and that he was excited to play.

Filling in the timeline from over the past few months, Woods said he spent Christmas Day with his family and went into rehab shortly after. The golfer said it hurt him to be in recovery while his son Charlie Axel celebrated his first birthday.
