Stars ‘Stand Up’ and Share How Cancer Has Affected Their Lives

Christina Applegate, Jennifer Grey and Elizabeth Edwards -- along with a host of fellow big names -- opened up to ET about how cancer has impacted their lives, at the "Stand Up To Cancer" event in Culver City, Calif. on Friday evening.

The celebrity-filled fundraising special was simulcast commercial-free Friday night on all major networks and featured taped appearances by Michael Douglas and George Clooney. News anchors Diane Sawyer, Brian Williams and Katie Couric co-hosted the event.
