Sandra Bullock makes her first statement since the sex scandal regarding her husband Jesse James first made headlines.

The Oscar winner addresses the Internet report that James has a homemade sex tape of the couple.

"There is no sex tape," she says in the statement. "There never has been one and there never will be one."
