Sandra Bullock Obtains Another Restraining Order Against Alleged Stalker

Sandra Bullock has obtained a temporary restraining order against a man who has been accused of stalking the star since 2003.

ET has learned Bullock's attorney filed court documents Monday seeking a protective order against Thomas James Weldon, and the document lists her seven-month-old son, Louis Bardo Bullock, as a family member who also needs protection. 

Bullock first obtained a restraining order against Weldon back in 2003, claiming he repeatedly tried to meet and contact her, according to the AP.
