Looking fab at 70, Ringo Starr celebrated the beginning of his eighth decade with a birthday bash at the Hard Rock in New York City on Wednesday -- and ET was there with the former Beatle!
"I feel good," Ringo told ET. "I'm still standing, I'm still playing, I'm touring, so it's good."
