Rep: Katherine Jackson’s Attorneys Requesting More Information from Jackson Estate Administrators

ET has learned that the attorneys for Katherine Jackson on Tuesday requested authority to subpoena the temporary administrators of Michael Jackson's estate, attorney John Branca and former music executive John McClain.

The attorneys would like to interview Branca and McClain and review their records.

ET has learned that Los Angels Superior Court Judge Mitchell Beckloff will handle their request on Monday, along with a list of others issues -- including whether an allowance will be granted to Jackson's mother and his three children.
