ET's got your look at newly engaged Kristen Bell's engagement ring!

The 29-year-old star, who got engaged to longtime boyfriend Dax Shepard over the holidays, received this 3-carat, emerald-cut fancy colored diamond designed by Neil Lane. The main stone is surrounded by tiny white diamond accents.

Kristen and Dax, 35, both star in the new romantic comedy 'When In Rome.' The film came in at No. 3 at the box office, making an impressive $12.1 million in its opening weekend.
