Nicole Richie in Car Accident

Nicole Richie has been involved in a car accident.

ET can confirm that Richie, who had one adult passenger in the car she was driving, was rear-ended just before 2 p.m. on Monday in Beverly Hills. Police tell ET that Richie complained of pain following the accident but decided to see her own doctors for treatment.

The driver of the other car was cited for being an unlicensed driver and the other car was towed.
