New Video: Tiger Woods’ Public Statement — Part Three
In part three of Tiger Woods' public apology Friday, the golf star said he would continue to receive treatment and therapy, as well as return to his faith of Buddhism.
"I owe it to my family to become a better person," Woods said. "I owe it to those closest to me to become a better man. That's where my focus will be."
"Part of following this path, for me, is Buddhism…," Woods said, adding that he regularly practiced his faith since childhood until recently drifting away from it. Woods said his religion helps him to learn restraint and not give in to temptations.
