New Papers: Richard Heene’s Past Court Cases

New papers obtained by ET demonstrate that "Balloon Boy"'s dad Richard Heene has been involved in a number of court cases as both a plaintiff and a defendant over the years.

In one 2006 case, he and his wife Mayumi filed a civil harassment suit against a man named Matt Wineroth, but it was dismissed due to "lack of prosecution." Click here to see the papers.
