Judge Marsha N. Revel sentenced Lohan to 90 days in jail for violating the terms of her probation by missing alcohol education classes. She also sentenced her to a 90-day in-patient substance abuse program after her time served.
Judge Revel ordered that Lohan not drive a vehicle, abstain from alcohol and cooperate with testing for drugs and alcohol upon her release.
