Levi Johnston on Teen Choice Awards Date: We’re Just Friends

Has Levi Johnston rebounded after his engagement to Bristol Palin was called off? ET's Kevin Frazier spoke to the man in the center of the rumors. Levi didn't deny that his arm candy, singer Brittani Senser, is "gorgeous," but he made it clear that "we're just friends." Last year he made headlines by escorting D-lister Kathy Griffin to the show. Levi's relationship remains strained with his former future mother-in-law Sarah Palin, saying, "I don't talk to her much. I don't care to."

For the benefit of their child, he and Bristol are remaining civil. "I just keep my head up. I have a beautiful young boy. Bristol and I called it quits. We're just co-parenting and we're going to do the best thing for Tripp," he reported. "I still get to see him. Everything's great."
