On June 19, 2010, LeAnn and Dean's marital status will be terminated and the parties will be restored to single status under the law, according to court papers. The Marital Settlement Agreement, consisting of 44 pages, will not be filed due to the parties' mutual desire to maintain their privacy.
The papers, filed last Thursday by Dean, cite irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split. Dean is asking for spousal support from LeAnn and asks that LeAnn pay for attorney fees. The couple have been married since February 23, 2002.
