Lawyer: Man Charged in ‘Idol’ Contestant’s Death to Plead ‘Not Guilty’
A lawyer for Daniel Bark, the New Jersey man charged with drunken driving in connection with the death of former "American Idol" hopeful Alexis Cohen, says his client will enter a "not guilty" plea.
"There will be a not guilty plea entered across the board for all of the complaints," Bark's attorney tells People.com. “"We don't have anything in regards to the mechanics of how this young woman was killed.”
"There are a lot of unanswered questions regarding how the accident occurred," the lawyer adds.
