Lawyer: ‘Desperate Housewives’ Creator Had ‘Abusive’ Behavior Toward Nicollette Sheridan

One day after news broke that actress Nicollette Sheridan filed a $20 million lawsuit against "Desperate Housewives" creator Marc Cherry and ABC following an alleged violent incident -- a lawyer for the star speaks out to ET.

Sheridan filed a lawsuit claiming Cherry struck her across the head and face in 2008 and then ultimately fired her from the hit ABC show after she reported the incident.
