Lawyer: Brooke Mueller Left Treatment Center Due to Privacy Concerns

Charlie Sheen's wife Brooke Mueller left a Malibu, CA rehabilitation center Sunday night because details of her stay were leaked, her attorney Yale Galanter tells ET.

Galanter tells ET that Mueller was doing well in treatment but left because he claims that details of her stay were released. Galanter is threatening to file a lawsuit on behalf of Mueller, alleging a breach of confidentiality.

Galanter goes on to say that since checking out of the rehab center, Mueller is now in a private environment in the Los Angeles area where she is close to her sons.
