Latest: Police Plan to Cite Michael Phelps After Car Crash
ET has learned that Olympic champ Michael Phelps will be cited by Baltimore police following a Thursday night car accident he was involved in.
A Baltimore police spokesperson tells ET that the department will cite Phelps for driving with an invalid Maryland license, and for not having established residency in the state.
Phelps has not yet been fined, but he is required to appear in court.
