The Associated Press reports that the downtown Los Angles judge will consider appointing a special guardian to represent Jackson's three children -- "Prince" Michael, Paris and Prince "Blanket." The court will reconvene at 1:30 p.m.
Jackson's mother, Katherine, is the guardian of the Jackson's three children.
