Judge to Appoint Guardian ad Litem for Jackson’s Children
ET has that latest from inside the courtroom proceedings regarding Michael Jackson's estate.
ET has learned that a guardian ad litem will be appointed to look after the interests of Jackson's three children, "Prince" Michael, Paris, and "Blanket," in court proceedings.
The Associated Press reports that Judge Mitchell Beckloff did not rule on merchandising deals during Monday's proceedings because Katherine Jackson raised concerns about it. The potential deals are between the Jackson estate, concert promoter AEG Live and Bravado, a merchandiser, says the AP.
