Jackson Family Attends Dr. Conrad Murray Court Hearing; New Judge Named in Case
Amid a flurry of devoted Michael Jackson fans chanting and carrying signs, members of the Jackson family made their way into a Los Angeles courthouse Monday to attend a court hearing for Dr. Conrad Murray, who has been charged with involuntary manslaughter related to the death of the King of Pop.
The late pop icon's family members -- Janet Jackson, Jermaine Jackson, Katherine Jackson, among others -- attended Monday's hearing, where Jackson's former physician appeared.
A somber Murray appeared before judge Peter Espinoza wearing a black suit and yellow tie. The embattled doctor has denied any wrongdoing and has pleaded not guilty to involuntary manslaughter in the June 25, 2009 death of Jackson.
