Oscar winner Reese Witherspoon and acclaimed actor Jake Gyllenhaal have gone their separate ways, a source confirms to ET.

The couple parted amicably with no drama, a source close to the couple tells ET.

Reese and Jake, who co-starred in 2007's 'Rendition,' became an item after Reese split up from ex-husband Ryan Phillippe.
