Investigator: Nanny Claims She Saw Two Defendants Force Drugs on Anna Nicole Smith

An investigator testified Thursday in the Anna Nicole Smith drug case, saying that a nanny who worked for Smith claimed she saw Howard K. Stern and Dr. Khristine Eroshevich force drugs on the late star, says a new report.

The Associated Press reports that Department of Justice investigator Danny Santiago testified that Nadine Alexie claimed she saw Smith's companion (Stern) and former psychiatrist (Eroshevich) give Smith drugs against her will that kept her asleep for days. Santiago said he got the information from Alexie during an interview with her in September.

The nanny, according to Santiago, also claimed that Smith would wake up with vomit and feces in her bed, according to the AP.
