‘Gossip Girl’ Actress Granted Restraining Order Against Husband

ET has obtained the restraining order "Gossip Girl" actress Kelly Rutherford acquired on Thursday against her estranged husband Daniel Giersch. Read on for the details.

The temporary restraining order stipulates that Giersch must stay at least 100 yards away from Rutherford and their two young children. It's effective through October 15, at which time a court hearing will be held.

In the court papers, the actress accuses her estranged husband of “alarmingly harassing and scary” behavior. “Not only does Daniel harass me, but my child care provider has quit as a result of Daniel’s harassment and threats.”
