Gary Coleman’s Former Manager Gives Up Fight Over Late Star’s Estate

Dion Mial has given up his fight to be named administrator of Gary Coleman's estate.

The Associated Press reports that Mial's attorney told the news agency, "We don't have any reason to dispute it, so we would leave it to the court to appoint someone else to undertake that responsibility. Our goal has always been to try to fulfill Gary's wishes as we knew them."

Mial, Coleman's former manager, was named as executor of a 1999 Coleman will, but a 2005 will obtained by ET named a woman named Anna Gray executor. Coleman's ex-wife Shannon Price alleges that a handwritten 2007 note makes her the executor of the estate.
