Doctor Wrote About Kissing Anna Nicole Smith in Diary

Dr. Sandeep Kapoor, who is charged with illegally providing drugs to Anna Nicole Smith, wrote about kissing the late star in his diary entries and wondered if it was wrong to do so, says a new report.

The Associated Press reports that Judge Robert J. Perry on Wednesday read diary entries written by Dr. Kapoor, in which Kapoor wrote about kissing Smith repeatedly and pondered whether or not doing so "blurred the lines" of doctor-patient ethics.

According to the AP, Dr. Kapoor also wrote about the desire to get off drugs himself.
