Dennis Hopper’s Wife Seeking Full Custody of Daughter in Divorce Case

Following the news earlier this month that actor Dennis Hopper had filed for divorce amid his battle with cancer, his estranged wife is now seeking full custody of their daughter.

Victoria Hopper filed divorce documents on Monday citing irreconcilable differences behind their split and asking for full custody of their 6-year-old daughter. She is, however, asking that visitation rights be granted to the star.

Dennis' divorce petition, obtained by ET and filed on January 14, indicated that he was seeking joint custody of his daughter and asked that the judge award his wife spousal support.
