Court Date Set for Randy Quaid and Wife

ET has new details on the criminal case against actor Randy Quaid and his wife Evi Quaid, following their arrest in Texas last Thursday.

A spokesman for the Santa Barbara District Attorney tells us a court arraignment date has been set for Monday, October 19. The Quaids' attorney has been notified to allow his clients to voluntarily appear, should they choose to do so.

The Quaids were arrested for allegedly not paying a $10,000 hotel bill at the San Ysidro Ranch in Santa Barbara, CA. The couple posted bail to be released from jail.
