Conan O’Brien Plays Clip of Accident on ‘Tonight Show’

After sustaining a head injury Friday while performing a "Tonight Show" stunt, Conan O'Brien returned to work Monday night and joked about his accident.

"As many of you may know, on this past Friday's show I was doing a stunt and I hit my head and suffered a slight concussion. And I promise, if you're a good audience, I'll do it again tonight," the funnyman said while taping his monologue on Monday.

O'Brien, who injured his head when he slipped and fell during a stunt with guest Teri Hatcher, joked about the media attention he received, saying: "So tune in tomorrow when Eva Longoria [Parker] pushes me down an elevator shaft.”
