Brooke Mueller's attorney tells ET where she's headed now.

The wife of Charlie Sheen is on her way to Aspen, Colorado, her lawyer Yale Galanter tells us.

A court hearing regarding Mueller and Sheen's alleged Christmas Day domestic incident will be held in Aspen on Monday.
