Charity is All in the Family for Brad and Doug Pitt

Brad Pitt's equally handsome brother Doug earned headlines of his own this week. He was named a Goodwill Ambassador of the United Republic of Tanzania.

Tanzanian President Jakaya Kikwete traveled stateside to bestow the honor upon Doug at Essex House on April 19 in New York. Doug's wife Lisa and singer Lauryn Hill were there by his side to show support.

Doug is far from the only one in the family to represent global philanthropic efforts. Angelina Jolie does a multitude of charitable work as an ambassador for The UN Refugee Agency. Brad focuses much attention on recovery efforts in New Orleans in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina with his Make It Right project.
