Could doctors have caught Michael's throat tumor sooner? Catherine tells People magazine, on stands Friday, "It makes me furious they didn't detect it earlier. He sought every option and nothing was found."

On Michael's brave appearance on "Late Show with David Letterman" earlier this week, the Oscar winner said that he went through "a litany of doctors and tests" earlier in the summer for what originated as a sore throat and "they didn't find anything."
