Brittany Murphy Cause of Death Released
A cause of death has been determined in the sudden passing of Brittany Murphy.
ET has obtained the coroner's report, which states the actress died of pneumonia complicated by an iron deficiency, anemia and multiple drug intoxication. The drugs in her system were reportedly over-the-counter and prescription.
The manner of death is listed as "accident."
