Bodyguard Testifies: Doctor Concerned About Anna Nicole Smith’s Drug Use

Anna Nicole Smith's former bodyguard, Maurice "Big Mo" Brighthaupt, was back on the stand Thursday to testify further in the criminal case against attorney Howard K. Stern, Dr. Khristine Eroshevich and Dr. Sandeep Kapoor.

The lawyer and two doctors are being charged on counts of conspiracy to furnish the late Smith with drugs. Brighthaupt claimed on Thursday that Dr. Eroshevich was concerned about Smith overdosing and that the two had several chats about the former Playboy model's drug use, the Associated Press reports.

The former bodyguard also said that medication was strewn about Smith's home in the Bahamas and that he witnessed her taking numerous pills at one time, according to the AP.
