Billy Joel and Christie Brinkley’s Daughter Hospitalized

Billy Joel and Christie Brinkley's daughter, Alexa Ray Joel, has been hospitalized in New York.

ET confirms that the NYPD and FDNY responded to an aided case at an apartment around 12:21 p.m. on Saturday. The FDNY tells us they transported a female from the apartment to a Manhattan hospital because she wasn’t feeling well. The incident is still under investigation.

A law enforcement official speaking on the condition of anonymity tells the Associated Press that a friend of the 23-year-old singer dialed 911 from Joel’s apartment and said Joel had consumed several pills.
