Alana Stewart celebrated My Journey with Farrah, her intimate account about her late best friend Farrah Fawcett, with a book party in L.A. on Friday night. There, she opened up to ET about the emotional memories that writing the book brought back for her, communicating with Farrah through medium James Van Praagh, and much more.
