Charlotte Rae, who co-starred with Gary Coleman on TV's "Diff'rent Strokes" as Mrs. Garrett before moving on to her hit show "The Facts of Life," remembers the late star in the wake of his passing last Friday at the young age of 42. "He was a phenomenon," she tells ET exclusively. "This little, tiny young kid -- smart, talented -- and the world just fell in love with him, and I did too." After hearing the news that he had passed away on Friday, Charlotte says, "My heart became very heavy; I felt very sad. He was a beautiful soul."

Jane Lynch is undoubtedly full of "Glee" after getting hitched over the holiday weekend!
The star wed partner Lara Embry (pictured above, far left) at Blue Heron Restaurant in Sunderland, Massachusetts on Monday.
Deborah Snow, executive chef and co-owner of Blue Heron Restaurant, tells ET the couple enjoyed oysters, lobster triangles, and smoked trout as part of an appetizer plate -- and then dined on salad, duck and sea bass for dinner. The couple's wedding cake was comprised of three tiers of vanilla cake filled with chocolate mousse and vanilla-cream frosting and strawberries. Snow also tells ET the couple was married by a friend, and revealed that the couple was "warm and comfortable" to be around -- devoid of any "bridezilla" moments.

ET has obtained papers showing that Garcelle Beauvais-Nilon has filed for divorce from her husband of nearly a decade.
Beauvais-Nilon filed divorce papers in May, citing irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split from her husband Mike Nilon. She asked the court to require her husband to pay her spousal support and pay for her attorney fees. She also asked the court to recommend joint physical and legal custody of their children.
Back in April, Beauvais-Nilon told ET that she was "healing" on the same day that reports claimed that she sent an email to her husband's colleagues accusing him of cheating.

Singer John Mayer has cancelled a string of recent shows due to an illness. According to his Web site, Mayer nixed a series of European performances scheduled for this week. "After a sold-out performance in Copenhagen, John Mayer was forced to cancel his second show there on [May 31] due to illness," a post on his official site reads, in part. "Regrettably, the illness has caused his remaining European shows scheduled through this week to be canceled as well (Amsterdam, Madrid and Manchester)."

Heidi Montag is opening up in new interview about moving out on hubby Spencer Pratt.
Heidi tells People.com, "I needed some alone time. There are so many lies out there about me and I just needed space -- even away from my husband."
"I had to get away from the lies my family and supposed friends are saying about me," Heidi (who is set to move in with her friend Jen Bunney and star in a new reality show) explains to People. "It's time to concentrate on myself."

ET has learned the very latest on the funeral plans underway for the late Gary Coleman. Coleman's family is trying to hold the late star's funeral either on Friday or Saturday in Salt Lake City, Utah, attorney Randy Kester tells us. The family is still deciding whether Coleman will be laid to rest as part of a private or public service. Coleman, who became famous after starring on the '80s sitcom "Diff'rent Strokes," passed away at age 42 on Friday after suffering an intracranial hemorrhage and being taken off life support.

Memorial service arrangements have been made for the late actor Dennis Hopper.
Sources tell ET that Hopper will be laid to rest tomorrow, June 2, in Taos, New Mexico. Family and friends of the actor will leave Los Angeles, Calif. on two private planes and travel to the memorial service that is to be held in Taos, the community where Hopper once lived.
Hopper passed away on May 29 at the age of 74. The actor is survived by four children, daughters Marin, Ruthanna, and Galen Grier and son Henry Lee.

Former Vice-President Al Gore is reportedly splitting from his wife of over 40 years.
According to reports, he and Tipper Gore are separating.
"We are announcing today that after a great deal of thought and discussion, we have decided to separate," the Gores said in an email to friends, obtained by CNN. "This is very much a mutual and mutually supportive decision that we have made together following a process of long and careful consideration. We ask for respect for our privacy and that of our family, and we do not intend to comment further."

Sarah "Fergie" Ferguson explains what led her to accept a cash deal in exchange for offering access to her ex-husband Prince Andrew, saying that it was her substantial debt and her desire to help a friend who was in need of $38,000.
The Duchess of York was caught on camera accepting $40,000 and setting up a deal to receive more money if she would arrange an introduction to the Prince. The man said he was a huge businessman from India but was in fact a News of the World employee. Ferguson tells Oprah Winfrey she suspected he was a journalist and asked him to complete a confidentiality agreement of which he put off signing. Ferguson recalls being at the meeting, saying, "I remember as I was sitting there, I was really down to tears."
