Executor of Gary Coleman’s Will Bars Shannon Price from Home; Asks Her to Return Items

Dion Mial, the Special Administrator of Gary Coleman's estate, said Wednesday that Coleman's ex-wife Shannon Price is not allowed to enter the home she shared with Coleman. He is also requesting she return a pick-up truck, cargo trailer, model train sets and other items that allegedly belonged to Coleman. Mial said law enforcement would be backing up his request, and threatened criminal charges if she did not comply. In a statement to ET, Mial said, "Further to Dion Mial's appointment by the Fourth Judicial District Court of Utah County to act as the Special Administrator for the Estate of Gary Coleman, and in the interest of fulfilling his duties to marshal and to take inventory of the assets of Mr. Coleman's Estate, including personal and real property, Shannon Price is notified that neither she, nor anyone under her direction, is permitted, for any reason, to be present upon nor to enter ... Why was Kate Hudson's little boy Ryder pictured sporting a partially bandaged wrist on the set of his movie-star mom's new film? Kate shared the amusing backstory with ET while soaking up an evening of fashion fun with fellow celebs such as Naomi Watts at Stella McCartney's 2011 Resort presentation in NYC on Tuesday. Attorney: Lindsay Lohan Legal Woes Due to Report of ‘Small Amount of Alcohol’ Detected in Ankle Device

An attorney for Lindsay Lohan tells ET why a bench warrant was issued for the star Tuesday. Shawn Chapman Holley tells ET, "This morning Judge Revel was advised by a SCRAM representative that Ms. Lohan's court-ordered alcohol bracelet had indicated the presence of a small amount of alcohol on Sunday night. Having just received the report, I am not in a position to speak to its accuracy or validity, however Ms. Lohan maintains that she has been in complete compliance with all of the terms of her probation and her bail. Bail has again been posted in Ms. Lohan's case and she will continue to comply with all of Judge Revel's orders." Lohan posted bail Tuesday, thereby avoiding arrest. Lindsay Lohan Posts Bail

A bail bondsman tells ET that he has posted Lindsay Lohan's $200,000 bail. Bail bondsman David Perez tells us he posted the star's bail late Tuesday afternoon after receiving a call from Lohan's attorney. Lohan's bail was set at $200,000 after a judge, according to the Associated Press, said the actress had violated the terms of her bail when her alcohol monitoring device reported a possible violation. Superior Court spokesman tells ET that the warrant was issued -- and the star's previous bail ($100,000) was doubled -- due to SCRAM noncompliance. Gary Coleman's "wife," Shannon Price, opens up to ET's own Kevin Frazier about the status of the late "Diff'rent Strokes" star's estate and where she plans to spread his ashes. "It's physically impossible considering I've nothing for it to go off -- All of these false reports are absolutely wrong." Beth Holloway spoke out Tuesday, a day after Joran van der Sloot allegedly confessed to killing 21-year-old Stephany Flores in Peru. Van der sloot was suspected in the 2005 disappearance of Holloway's teen daughter Natalee Holloway in Aruba.
