According to Peruvian police documents obtained by ET, Flores was found in van der Sloot's room lying over a white sheet. The hotel room was allegedly strewn with clothes and also contained a tennis racquet, a Snickers bar, bottles of coca cola, and an ashtray with cigarette butts, amongst other items. The executor of Gary Coleman's will is speaking out, saying he believes there was foul play.
Dion Mial, who was recently named the executor of Gary's will, says in a statement to ET: "I wholeheartedly believe there was foul play here."
He adds that he finds the behavior of Gary's ex-wife Shannon Price "shameless," saying, "There has been absolutely nothing covert about her behavior and how sadly she has handled this situation. In fact, she's shamelessly brazen and coldly matter-of-fact about this precious life that we've lost."

The FBI and the U.S. Attorney's Office are explaining why charges tied to Natalee Holloway were not brought sooner against Joran van der Sloot so the death of a young woman in Peru -- who authorities say van der Sloot admitted to killing -- could have possibly been avoided. United States Attorney Joyce White Vance and FBI Special Agent in Charge Patrick Maley tell ET: "In April of this year, the FBI and U.S. Attorney's office in Birmingham, Alabama, initiated an investigation into allegations of criminal conduct by Joran van der Sloot, related to the disappearance of Natalee Holloway in Aruba five years earlier. "Prior to law enforcement's involvement in the situation, van der Sloot offered to provide information to an individual regarding the location of Natalee Holloway's remains and the circumstances of her death in exchange for $250,000.00. The FBI-led investigation was conducted in conjunction with Aruban authorities. The ...

ET has obtained a criminal complaint against Joran van der Sloot -- the primary suspect in the disappearance of Natalee Holloway -- which accuses him of blackmail.
The 22-year-old was reportedly involved in an extortion sting before he went to Peru; authorities now say Joran admitted to killing a young woman in his hotel room while he stayed there.
The Associated Press reports that private investigator Bo Dietl says Joran should have been arrested after FBI agents recorded a meeting last month in Aruba, during which Joran allegedly extorted money from a Holloway family attorney. In exchange for money, he is said to have provided information about what he claimed happened the night Natalee disappeared, including where she was buried. Two federal agents told the AP that they did not arrest Joran because they were trying to help build a murder case against him in the 5-year-old case.
